Consumer Credit Counseling Services offers a variety of personal finance options. If you have spoken with one of our certified counselors about your finances, you might have chosen Chapter 7 or 13 Bankruptcy. This online course will help you with Pre-filing Counseling and Pre-discharge counseling.

  • Pre-filing Counseling - This online course will walk you through the explanation of bankruptcy, your options if you chose to file, questions about bankruptcy, what has led you to bankruptcy options, current income and expense, options for your financial situation and the next steps of filing for bankruptcy. Clients will need income, expenses, assets, and credit information. Cost is $25. Visit Counseling in Motion Online Class
  • Pre-discharge Counseling - his online course is for clients who have already filed for bankruptcy through the United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Alabama. This online course will show you how to make a budget, improve your credit and credit score, and handle your finances responsibly. Through Money In Motion you will be provided with information about credit counseling and other assistance when you have financial problems you can receive from Consumer Credit Counseling Services. Clients will need Bankruptcy Case Number. Cost is $35. Visit Money in Motion Online Class
