CCCS Providing Free Housing Counseling To Those Having Problems Paying Their Mortgage

Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Mobile has been awarded grant funding to provide free housing counseling for families and individuals who are having problems paying their mortgage for the following reasons:

- Have an adjustable rate mortgage and want to refinance
- Have an adjustable rate mortgage and has or is about to reset
- Are delinquent with one or more mortgage payments
- Know they will soon be delinquent with a mortgage payment
- Mortgage is close to foreclosure
